• Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming.
• Arbitration Fees: The Company will pay or reimburse arbitration filing fees to the extent required by applicable law.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to only bring claims as an individual, never as part of a group or class action.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

8. Severability & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to block access, terminate accounts, or discontinue services to any user at any time to protect the integrity of the Company and its community.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific part will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect to ensure the agreement remains binding.
